Arjan joined the VIM Group team in August 2019 as Client Partner, with a focus on supporting clients with brand equity growth related brand transformation programmes.
Arjan is a seasoned brand and business strategist, working at the crossroads of strategic marketing and commercial creativity. For over 20 years he has advised clients across many industries on branding, marketing innovation and communications.
Before joining VIM Group, Arjan was Head of Marketing and Sales for TIAS Business School, leading digital and commercial change by implementing marketing and sales automation campaigns. He has also led international rebrand projects in the financial market and the FMCG markets.
As former CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Publicis, he led the merger and digital transformation of the advertising agency brands of Publicis Groupe in the Netherlands. In his role as CEO and as entrepreneur of his own brand innovation consultancy, Project X, he acted as trusted strategic adviser to blue chip clients.
Aside from his role at VIM Group, Arjan is chairman of the VisiteClowns foundation and member of the board of advisers of the oPuce Foundation. He is also an educator, having taught at multiple universities and business schools.
