The essence of a good brand experience is often in better processes, systems and connections. Bert helps companies in the awareness of possible brand-related issues, gives advice on brand optimisation and handles the implementation of new or renewed ways of working.
In his projects he operates at the intersections of online, omnichannel, brand management, marketing, (corporate) communication, facility management and IT. He builds bridges between the many stakeholders, process owners, and external parties such as creative agencies and suppliers of brand-related products and services.
According to Bert, nothing gives him extra energy than realising a better situation for a client while delivering the initially agreed result. This is what drives him.
Bert prefers to cool down with a good beer in the pub with his friends. They share the broad interests in everything, but above all of music, politics and sports.
