Ermelinde has over 20 years of experience as a Project and Client Manager at design agencies focused on developing visual brand identities.
She connects clients and designers like no other and strives for short lines of communication in order to optimise the exchange of information and inspiration.
In the creative development of design solutions, she does not shy away from expressing her critical voice both towards designers and clients. She firmly believes that the art of achieving powerful and effective design (both at the brand level as well as at the level of applied designs) is to dare to make choices. She also believes that design, above all, should service clear communication and an unambiguous brand experience.
During her office years (including 12 years at Koeweiden Postma and 5 years at Total Design), Ermelinde supervised major visual rebranding projects, such as USG People, Achmea, Nationale-Nederlanden and HEMA.
