  • The client's challenge

    Within the short space of four months, Danfoss needed to transform thousands of internal and external touch points in over 20 languages, connecting and managing over 300 reviewers and approvers globally.

    A variety of design solutions were developed and offered to Danfoss who then selected their new brand identity. This new identity then had to be implemented across thousands of brochures, adverts, commercial PowerPoint presentations and POS items.

  • Our solution

    VIM placed a project manager on site in Denmark, overseeing and steering the entire project on a day to day basis. They also held workshops with key stakeholders from the six global business oriented divisions at Danfoss to determine the full scope of the project, educate all parties on how to deliver material and how the process and guidelines of transition would be executed. VIM Group configured their Digital Project & Approval Interface to accommodate file, proof and workflow sharing, trained users by remote WebEx sessions and set up and managed creative teams to handle the workload at a rate of up to 200 items per day.

    Once completed and all approved, all high resolution files were then delivered to Danfoss in time for a full-scale synchronised global changeover.

We chose VIM Group to support us with the daunting task of changing thousands of brochures, POS materials and PowerPoints into our new visual identity. As quality is one of our core values, we’re striving to express this through our branding.
