The client's challenge
Japanese auto maker, Suzuki, needed to roll out a new signage concept across all dealer locations and showrooms in the Netherlands. The new concept involved external signage and automotive branding to coincide with the launch of new products.
VIM Group were brought on board to consult and assist with creating an inventory of all touch points that would need to be considered in the transition, and with obtaining permits for work needed. Once this was complete, we then were tasked with value engineering the external wayfinding and signage at each location.

Once concepts had been developed, our next role was to liaise between all dealerships and the concept management team in order to bring everyone on board with the new changes and facilitate a smooth transition.
