VIM Group assisted with the implementation of Julius Bär’s new corporate identity, with detailed execution strategies and roll out scenarios.
Rebranding
The client's challenge
Swiss private banking group Julius Bär operates in over 50 office locations in 20 countries around the world. In 2013 the group wanted to develop a new brand identity that reflected purity and clarity. This new concept was to be rolled out over the following year.
VIM Group were brought in to help implement the new corporate identity across a vast range of brand touch points.
Our solution
VIM Group developed an overall project plan which identified interdependencies between departments and stakeholders. We then created a roll-out scenario for the implementation of the new visual identity across all stationery and templates and the dispersion of the updated files to all offices and Julius Bär’s 6,500 employees around the world.

Before the roll out could begin, the new Microsoft Office templates had to be tested, and then tutorials and instruction videos were created to aid in a smooth transition.
The results
VIM Group initiated IT plans and calculations for the overall rebrand and roll out period. We provided ‘flying doctors’ support in the marketing department to assist with any issues that arose during the change-over.
