Bynder – AI Tagging
With a new identity often comes a vast array of digital assets. To make these assets usable and discoverable, we tag them. Doing this manually can take up a lot of time. Also, coming up with a solid ‘tagging-plan’ can be quite a challenge. AI-powered tagging in Bynder allows for the addition of more and better tags in a fraction of the time compared to manual tagging. This efficiency not only saves time, it also ensures a higher level of accuracy and organisation in managing digital assets.
TextMetrics
TextMetrics is an advanced AI tool that goes beyond typical generative AI text writers. It can, for instance, check if a job posting adheres to HR guidelines. In the context of a rebrand, TextMetrics becomes particularly valuable as it can verify whether a text aligns with the (new) company tone of voice or is sufficiently targeted towards the (redefined) audience. Templafy

We also utilise one of Templafy’s productivity tools to convert old PowerPoint presentations into new ones reflecting the new identity. For long-term brand consistency and efficiency, we set up the appropriate (dynamic) templates, often fed with content from the connected digital asset management (DAM) system. This streamlines the process and ensures that all presentations and documents adhere to the new brand guidelines.

Staffbase
Staffbase is a leading employee engagement tool, an apt term as ‘intranet’ feels outdated given the breadth of what Staffbase offers. Dominating the market, especially with Meta Workplace ceasing operations, Staffbase serves as an ideal platform for internally disseminating a new vision, positioning, or overall identity. Its functionalities not only facilitate top-down communication, they also empower management to gather input and opinions from the workforce.
