With over 20 years’ experience working in corporate environments in both a client-facing B2B, B2C and support capacity, Cassie is responsible for the smooth running of our client projects.
Cassie comes from a long-standing customer service background which started out in high-end retail and then moved in a more corporate direction.
For 12 years, Cassie worked as a Recruitment Consultant and was manager of the temporary division for a Central London recruitment agency. She then decided to try her hand at team management and completed two years as an office and team manager for a design recruitment agency, with clients including Landor, FutureBrand and Wolff Olins.
This was Cassie’s first introduction to the creative and design industry which she greatly enjoyed and made her keen to further develop her knowledge of this industry. This led to Cassie joining VIM Group in 2016.
In her spare time Cassie enjoys stomping around London and taking part in what it has to offer. She is usually found around the Covent Garden and Soho areas which is where she was born, bred and still lives.
