With over ten years of experience in delivering complex customer programmes, Emma always has the customer’s needs in focus.
Emma brings nearly 20 years' experience from a variety of roles across the automotive industry. This allows her to provide fantastic insights into the needs of global corporations and gives her a strong connection to brands and programme management.
Her move into consultancy, to support rebrand programmes from inception to completion, was a logical step as she can use the knowledge she developed in-house to ensure a clear understanding of the specific challenges facing dealership rebrands or brand change.
Emma is accustomed to working remotely, as well as managing teams in multiple locations across the globe, which has aided her success since joining VIM Group.
Having studied, lived and worked in Germany, Emma is fluent in German and, along with her native English, also has a smattering of Italian and Spanish and a conversational level of French.
