Esmé started at VIM Group in 2002 as a Project Coordinator. During this time, she has worked for clients such as Delta Lloyd, ING, Skyteam and Univé. After 12 years, and because of her obvious talent for organising internal teams, Esmé decided to shift her focus internally and became a Personal Assistant to the VIM Group management team.
As a Personal Assistant, Esmé is responsible for, among other things, senior management’s agenda and is the first point of contact for our managing partners. Esmé also takes good care of facility management for our offices in Hengelo and Amsterdam and ensures that everything is always arranged to perfection! Esmé is involved in various internal projects and processes, she is a board member of our staff association and coordinates HR matters such as recruitment and the onboarding of new colleagues.
Esmé has a great sense of responsibility and carries out her work with enthusiasm every day. She is driven by contact with colleagues and is happy to help others.
In short, she is at the heart of the company, has everything under control and helps others to work smarter.
In her spare time, Esmé plays hockey, likes to read the odd book and prefers to spend as much time as possible with her friends and family.
