Having previously held roles at several leading strategic branding agencies, Russell has since drawn upon his background in business advisory and moved from the creative to the operational side of branding at VIM Group.
Russell works closely with brand stakeholders at international organisations, as well as their creative agencies, to assess, organise and implement brand change and brand improvement programmes.
Russell and his team of project managers and technical subject matter experts manage brand change across all on- and offline touchpoints and channels.
Russell has worked on brand change initiatives with the likes of Sanofi, O2, Maersk, Givaudan and Volvo Group.
