in-house teams across a wide range of sectors, for organisations like Shell Energy, Third Bridge and Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation.
Since joining VIM Group, she has worked on rebrand projects for international clients like Boehringer Ingelheim, and for London-based fintech Thredd.
Caroline is driven by creating order out of complexity and driving efficiency in brand processes, and her background gives her a solid understanding of how brand change can impact customers, clients, supply chain and staff.
Caroline has extensive experience in brand creative and implementation, giving her the ability to understand how a rebrand programme needs to be designed to support the brand ambitions of our clients.
