With over twenty years of experience in delivering complex customer programmes, Emma always has the customer’s needs in focus.
Emma has been at VIM Group, leading teams in her role as Project Director, for a decade.
Prior to VIM Group, Emma spent 4 years at well know consultancies leading automotive rebrand programmes, a natural progression from her origins of working directly in the automotive industry for 15 years.
Those years of experience in-house before moving across to consultancy, mean that Emma has a great insight into the complexities of the corporate world and the challenges that can arise in the implementation of complex projects.
A variety of European-wide and global projects means that Emma is accustomed to working remotely, as well as managing teams based in multiple locations. Her adaptability means that supporting clients directly at their own site is not a challenge.
Having studied and lived in Germany, Emma is fluent in German, she also has a good level of conversational French and basic Italian and Spanish.
Emma’s client experience includes; ABB, Maersk, Sanofi, Hitachi Energy, Cancer Research UK, Opel and many members of the VW stable as well as HSBC, RBS, UniCredit and Shell.
