With over 20 years of experience in visual brand identity, Ermelinde van Reusel brings strategic leadership and creative clarity to every project. At VIM Group, she manages the design process from concept to execution, safeguarding quality, budget, and timelines. She has a strong grasp of the full visual identity spectrum and focuses on building coherent foundations that ensure consistent brand experiences.
Previously, she held senior roles at well-known design agencies in Amsterdam, leading rebranding initiatives for Achmea, Nationale-Nederlanden, ING and HEMA.
At VIM Group, she helped develop the Odido identity and supported ING’s global brand experience team.
Ermelinde brings structure and calm to projects, adapts easily to teams and organisations, and supports progress with empathy. She connects clients and designers, encourages open dialogue, and promotes bold, effective design decisions.
Fluent in Dutch and English, she collaborates seamlessly across international teams.
