With 15 years of experience as a brand strategist, Tim has developed and advised dozens of international brands and knows the broad field of brand creation through communication like no other.
After earning his Economics degree from Maastricht University, Tim discovered a passion for brands and the place they occupy in the lives of consumers. Finding the 'sweet spot' that brings together the unique characteristics of brands and people fuels Tim’s drive.
Tim spent 10 years as a brand consultant at Globrands, in both its Amsterdam and Mumbai offices, where he worked with dozens of (inter)national A-brands in various sectors and countries. Afterwards, he played various strategic roles in design and media agencies and was responsible for the brand and media strategy of clients such as Nestlé, KPN, Nationale-Nederlanden, Stage Entertainment, OHRA, CZ, NS Internationaal, Mazda, Koninklijke DeKuyper and SwissSense.
Whether it's Retail, FMCG, Financial Services, Telecom, Healthcare or Pharma, Tim thrives through enthusiastic and pragmatic collaborations, always working towards unique, usable, and widely supported results.
In addition to his work at VIM Group, Tim volunteers for 'SlowNet', a special streaming service like Netflix aimed at people with intellectual disabilities, young people with forms of autism, and the elderly.
