Everllence, previously known as MAN Energy Solutions, is a leading provider of propulsion, decarbonization and efficiency solutions for shipping, the energy economy and industry.
Following its rebranding transformation, Everllence needed to implement its new brand identity across all worldwide locations, including production facilities, training centres, and sales offices. This strategic transformation required a seamless implementation of new design guidelines across a wide range of brand touchpoints.
VIM Group was tasked with managing the global brand rollout, covering both physical signage and, fleet branding, and wayfinding systems, ensuring a consistent and unified global brand presence across all locations.
Challenge
With over 12 major production sites, 13 PrimeServ Academies, and 100+ smaller offices and service centres across 50+ countries, the scale of this rebranding project was significant.
The existing signage, wayfinding systems, and vehicle branding had to be updated to reflect the new company name and brand identity.
Everllence required a partner with expertise in rebranding planning, brand implementation, global coordination, and cost management. They approached VIM Group for support with auditing, planning, and executing this large-scale rebranding programme.

Solution
VIM Group provided comprehensive, end-to-end, brand implementation support. We instructed Everllence's global locations to conduct remote audits to inventory and assess all relevant brand assets, using an online tool to centralise and manage data.
A detailed rebranding Plan of Approach was developed, covering the transition from 2D to 3D signage concepts, technical specifications and design intent drawings. VIM Group also managed the coordination of local suppliers for manufacturing and installation. Pilot projects were launched to support the introduction of the new brand and validate solutions before the global rebranding rollout.
Our Project Management Office (PMO) ensured seamless coordination with Everllence’s internal teams, optimising resources and aligning with stakeholders across all locations throughout the global rebranding journey.

The use of an online tool and remote audits allowed for centralised tracking and greater cost efficiency. Our structured supplier coordination and monitoring processes saved both time and resources during the rebranding implementation phase.

The global rebranding rollout will continue through 2026, enabling a phased yet consistent transition. Everllence particularly valued VIM Group’s structured approach to rebranding, transparency, and expertise in managing complexities in global brand transformation projects, while upholding high-quality brand standards.
