VIM Group supported Atradius in optimising the implementation of its Digital Asset Management system; their new brand portal.

Atradius' challenge
The client, Atradius, is a global credit insurance provider operating in more than 50 countries. In 2020, Atradius decided to upgrade and redesign its brand book with the goal of providing its employees with a user-friendly tool to access all brand assets and guidelines easily.
With their chosen software provider, Atradius began the process of implementing a brand portal using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) application.
Having previously faced several issues and delays in the implementation process, particularly with converting the software package to their user specifications, Atradius brought VIM Group in to resolve these issues and optimise the process.
Our solution
Through a series of consultations with both the client and the software provider, VIM Group’s team of digital consultants were able to identify the root cause of their issues. The team found a significant gap in how the two parties approached the project. While the provider managed to deliver a software package with all the essential functionality, it failed to meet Atradius’ requirements for a tool that employees could test in real time and on which they could provide feedback.
The team worked closely with both Atradius and the software provider, mapping out the extent of the user requirements and reconfiguring the software capabilities to match these requirements exactly.

The results
Atradius now has a working brand portal that is not only configured to meet user needs but also inspires regular use with its attractive visuals, clear layouts and buttons, and user-friendly information hierarchy.
VIM Group and Atradius continue to work together to maximise the use of the brand portal system further, integrating it with other office applications and exploring other possibilities.
